When registering or calling in2tel, you may be asked for your

These will help our support teams to follow up on any sales, technical or contractual enquires.
We collect information on the use of in2tel.ie including information from your devices and applications you (or your users) use to access and use any of our websites, applications or services. The information we may collect about usage includes:

Majority of our customers already have access to their personal data. So please make sure the data we hold is up to date, any data which is no longer required please remove, unless required for regulatory or legal reasons. Monitoring and recording communications
in2tel may monitor and record communications with you, including e-mails and phone conversations. Any information we collect may be used for the daily operation of the business and to ensure we fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations.
How we share the information we collect
We do not sell or trade our data to outside third parties.

We use selected third parties for marketing purposes, we may share information about the use of our website, and in such circumstances, any information we share will not include any data that can be used to identify you.
in2tel are regulated by Comreg, so there may be a request from Comreg and law enforcement authorities to share personal data as and when requested.
There may be times we need to instruct a third-party to carry out checks on your personal data (i.e. credit check), prior to us carrying out such tasks, you will be informed of the necessary checks for our business purposes or as required by law.

If you choose to receive marketing emails or newsletters from in2tel, we may track whether you’ve opened those messages and whether you’ve clicked on links contained within those messages, through the use of web beacons and personalised URLs embedded in these communications. This allows in2tel to better personalise future communications and limit these communications to subjects that are of interest to you.

How does our site handle do not track signals?
We honour do not track signals and do not track plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
Customers should note that, while in2tel ensure every effort is taken to protect their privacy with various strict internal procedures. Customers should still note that information disclosed over the Internet is inherently not secure and is on a public network. in2tel cannot be held responsible nor do we accept liability for unauthorised access to the public network. All information provided by customers is done entirely at the customer’s own risk.
How long we keep your personal data
Typically, we keep personal data for the length of any contractual relationship and, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, after the end of that relationship for as long as necessary to perform purposes set out in this privacy statement, to protect in2tel from legal claims and administer our business. When we no longer need to use personal data, we will delete it from our systems and records or take steps to anonymise the data unless we need to keep it longer to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
We will make changes to this notice from time to time, particularly around how we use your information, and changes around our technology and products. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, we will alert you to changes by placing a notice on the in2tel website, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means.
